Website requests (“Request & book” form, quick quote, tours): name, email, phone, date, route, number of passengers, bags, pets, smoking preference, chauffeur transfer, budget and notes. Do not include health data or other special categories of data in the notes: if needed for assistance, we will process them only with your explicit consent.

Partner account: email, password (stored encrypted), name and contact details, requests and quotes, quote opens.

Push notifications: technical device identifier, only if you enable notifications.

WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, processing also follows the WhatsApp/Meta privacy policy.

Analytics: browsing data via Google Analytics, only if you accept in the banner.

a) Answering requests and preparing quotes: pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b).

b) Organising and operating the flight, including passing data to the air operator: performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b) and legal obligations, e.g. security and travel documents (Art. 6.1.c).

c) Managing the Partner account, notifications and service emails: contract (Art. 6.1.b).

d) Visit statistics: consent (Art. 6.1.a), revocable at any time.

e) Site security and protection of rights: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

We do not send marketing communications without specific consent, which is not collected at present.

Aircraft and helicopter operators, handling and chauffeur services, only to operate the requested flight. Technical providers acting as processors: app hosting and database, Google (Gmail for emails, Firebase for notifications, Google Analytics). Data is never sold.

Some providers, such as Google, may process data in the United States or other non-EU countries, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. For flights to non-EU countries, the necessary data is shared with operators and destination authorities.

Requests with no follow-up: 24 months. Contract and accounting data: 10 years as required by law. Partner account: until the account is closed. Analytics data: per Google Analytics settings, 14 months.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to airdynamic.broker@gmail.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

The required form fields are necessary to reply to you: without them we cannot prepare the quote.
