Question 1

Will a chatbot answer me?

Accepted Answer

No chatbot: in this app we, Enrico and Marta, always reply in person. Every request is read and prepared by hand, and on WhatsApp you write directly to us.

Question 2

What if the weather is bad on the day of the flight?

Accepted Answer

Safety comes first: if weather or operating conditions do not allow it, the flight may be postponed or cancelled. The decision rests with the captain and the operator; in that case we contact you to agree a new date or an alternative, under the terms of the quote.

Question 3

If I cancel, how much do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation fees are clear and increase closer to the flight: 10% from confirmation, 30% from 14 to 7 days before, 50% from 7 days to 72 hours, 75% from 72 to 24 hours, 100% under 24 hours or in case of no-show. The time the written cancellation is received is what counts. We recommend travel cancellation insurance, which is not included in the price.

Question 4

Are there hidden costs?

Accepted Answer

No: the charter price includes aircraft, crew, fuel, maintenance, airport taxes and fees, handling, standard catering and passenger insurance. Any extras (programme changes, de-icing, special catering, out-of-hours openings) are stated in the quote or communicated in advance.

Question 5

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment is made in the currency of the quote (euros or Swiss francs), normally within 7 days of the offer and in any case before the flight. A 4% administrative fee applies to credit card payments.

Question 6

How much luggage can I bring on a helicopter?

Accepted Answer

It depends: on a helicopter weight and space are limited for safety. Tell us the number, size and weight of your bags in the form: we confirm what can go on board and, if needed, arrange separate ground transport. Soft bags are recommended.

Question 7

Can I bring my pet?

Accepted Answer

Usually yes: pets are generally accepted, subject to reconfirmation when you request. The owner is responsible for the animal during the flight and insurance cover may be required.

Question 8

Will I fly on exactly the aircraft quoted?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily: the model quoted is not binding. For operational reasons a different aircraft may be used, always of the same category and standard.

Question 9

Can the helicopter land at my villa or hotel?

Accepted Answer

Only if the site is suitable and authorised. Feasibility and permits are checked with the operator before confirmation: we cannot guarantee it in advance.

Question 10

Can I smoke on board?

Accepted Answer

No: unless otherwise stated in the quote, smoking is not allowed on board, including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco.

Question 11

What documents do I need for international flights?

Accepted Answer

For international flights every passenger needs a passport and, where required, visas and health documents. Documents remain the passenger’s responsibility; we remind you anyway at confirmation.
