Your Partner area

For hotels, agencies and concierges with an account. No account? Read the visitor guide.

   Create your Partner account

   • • Tap “Sign in” at the top right.
   • • Choose “Continue with Google” or tap “New partner? Register”, enter email and password and tap “Create account”.
   • • Open the email you receive and confirm: you are in.

   Enter your area

   • • Each time tap “Sign in” and enter email and password (or Google).
   • • At the top you see the “My quotes” button: it means you are in your private area.
   • • Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot password” and follow the email.

   Request a quote for a guest

   • • Open the Partner page from the menu.
   • • Fill in the form: guest name, flight, dates, passengers, bags, notes.
   • • If a car with driver (NCC) is needed, just write from where to where: times and details are set when you accept the quote.
   • • Tap “Send request”: the request reaches us straight away.

   Turn on notifications

   • • On the Partner page tap “Enable push notifications” and then “Allow”.
   • • Do this on every phone or computer you use.
   • • This way we alert you as soon as the quote is ready.
5. 5

   Open the quote

   • • When it is ready you get a notification and an email “Your quote is ready”.
   • • Tap “My quotes” and open the new one.
   • • You see the aircraft or helicopter, prices, total, validity and conditions.
6. 6

   Confirm or ask for changes

   • • The quote is valid until the date shown.
   • • To accept it or change something, message us on WhatsApp with the gold button: +39 393 589 5203.
